We recommend advance reservations for all spa/salon services. 48-hour cancellation notice required with all appointments. Scheduled appointments that don’t show will be billed for full amount of service. All appointments scheduled will be held with a credit card. Redeemed package appointments that don’t show will lose the value of their gift certificate.
Scheduled times are approximations. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time. Please leave pagers and cell phones turned off. Please be on time or your scheduled appointment will be shortened. Please let spa/salon coordinator know if you are having any health problems or if you are pregnant at time of scheduling your appointment.

Packages and Pricing
Prices subject to change without notice (Prices are a la carte). All sales are final. No refunds. Custom packages available. Packages discounted 10 % (Spa lunch included). Package price does not include gratuity (Guideline for tipping is between 15% to 20%). Gift certificates and Gift Cards available. We except all major credit cards.
Spa suggestions
Leave valuables behind. Shower prior to any body treatment or massage. It is recommended not to shave at least 24 hours before a body treatment or pedicure. Gentlemen, shave 1 hour before facials. For your comfort, please refrain from sun bathing before all waxing, massage, facials or body treatments.
We love children too, but unless your child has an appointment we have a no children policy in our salon.
May we suggest when planning your spa day, plan on visiting the Crowne Plaza San Marcos Resort and the historic downtown Chandler shops.
Return Policy
If you find that a product is not suitable for you hair or skin, we will gladly exchange it for another. We do not give refunds on products.
